Since its founding in 1979, Fuld Corp. has been instrumental in arranging the purchase of middle market companies. In each transaction, the Company’s executive management has participated as significant equity shareholders. In many transactions, new management has been recruited to become partners in the acquired entity.

Major transactions have included:

Retail Companies

Christopher & Banks A women’s mall-based specialty retail chain headquartered in Minneapolis (New York Stock Exchange-listed CBK with a current market valuation approx. $700 million);

Stuarts Dept. Stores A discount department store chain based in New England;

Industrial Companies

A manufacturer of forged steel fittings and valves;

A diversified manufacturer of industrial fluid sealing products, expansion joints, and textiles.

Both retail investments became public corporations through initial public offerings underwritten by leading investment firms.  Both industrial manufacturers have become highly successful private corporations, generating substantial growth over the years.
